We read everything and usually reply within two working days.
What we can help with
- A subsidy figure is out of date. Scheme parameters get revised and we do not always catch it immediately. This is the most useful message you can send us.
- Your state's feed-in rate or metering regime has changed. These move regularly and vary by DISCOM.
- A tariff slab is wrong. Send us a copy of your bill's slab structure if you can.
- A formula or constant looks wrong. Tell us which calculator and what you believe the correct value is.
- Your state is missing. We add states as we can verify tariffs and metering rules.
What we cannot help with
- Recommending an installer. We have no commercial relationships with any, and keeping it that way is the whole point of the site.
- Confirming your subsidy eligibility. Only the official portal and your DISCOM can do that.
- Designing your system. That needs a site survey — particularly for shading, which no calculator can assess remotely.
- Disputes with an installer. Our estimates are not a valuation and are not meant to serve as evidence.
- Advertising or sponsored placement. We do not sell placement in results or guides.
